Yale MY Hydraulic Manifolds

The Yale MY range comprises hydraulic manifolds rated for 700 bar, used when several hydraulic cylinders connect to one hydraulic pump. Three standard models cover 6, 4 and 7 outlet ports. All manifolds use 3/8 NPT inner oil ports, accepting fittings, hydraulic hoses and couplers from across the Yale 700 bar range.

Distribute one pump's flow to multiple cylinders

Yale states that to connect a manifold directly to a hand pump, an FY-1 double nipple is recommended. Each manifold is supplied with three steel blind plugs in case not all the oil ports are required. Yale also offers MY manifolds with integrated shut-off valves (MY-22, MY-44, MY-66) for applications where different pressures must be maintained in each hydraulic line. GYA versions add pressure gauge sets for permanent reading of each individual load.

Suitable Applications

Per Yale: multi-cylinder synchronised lifting from one pump, parallel rigging, hydraulic lifting beams. Yale uses MY-44 manifolds in custom power pack configurations - the MY-44-GYA version with VSM-21 safety check valve enables pressure-independent control of 4 single-acting cylinders with individual pressure monitoring.
