A high-lift truck does two jobs: it moves the pallet, then raises it to a comfortable working height so the operator is not bending to floor level to pick or build a load. At 800mm the top of the pallet sits at roughly bench height, which is where most picking and assembly work should be happening.

Designed for open-bottomed pallets, with adjustable stabilisers that deploy as the scissor rises. The manual version uses a quicklift pump below 250kg for faster cycling on lighter loads; the semi-electric version adds a 0.8kW motor and built-in charger where the duty cycle is higher.

Key Features

  • 800mm lift height — brings the top of the pallet to comfortable working height
  • Adjustable stabilisers — deploy as the scissor rises to keep the platform stable
  • Quicklift below 250kg — faster pump cycling on lighter loads (manual model)
  • Self-lubricating brushes — reduces routine maintenance
  • Sealed hydraulic system — pressure relief and overload valve as standard
  • Single nylon rollers — suited to the shorter travel distances typical of this application

CE Marked | 12-Month On-Site Warranty

Supplied by Warrior, part of the Handling Equipment UK range. Manufactured to CE / UKCA standards and supplied with a declaration of conformity where applicable. Lift tables are issued with a test certificate to EN 1570 on request.

Warranty

Every Warrior product is supplied with a full 12-month on-site warranty covering parts and labour at no additional cost. Cover starts from the date of delivery and repairs are carried out at your premises rather than under a return-to-base arrangement. A comprehensive UK spare parts stock is held for every model in the range, and servicing, repair and statutory inspection can be arranged through WOLFF Onsite.

Suitable Applications

Production line feeding, order picking and pallet building, packing benches, engineering workshops and any repetitive task currently done at floor level.

How to Use

  1. Enter the open-bottomed pallet squarely with the forks fully home.
  2. Raise the load clear of the floor and move it into position.
  3. Deploy the stabilisers and raise to working height.
  4. Complete the task, keeping the load within the platform footprint.
  5. Lower fully and retract the stabilisers before moving again.

Warning: Only use with open-bottomed pallets. Never raise beyond transport height while travelling, and never work beneath a raised platform.

Safety Information

  • Confirm the pallet is open-bottomed and will clear the scissor mechanism.
  • Deploy the stabilisers before raising to full height.
  • Never travel with the forks raised.
  • Keep hands clear of the scissor mechanism throughout.
  • Do not exceed 1000kg or load off-centre.

Inspection and Maintenance

Inspect the scissor pivots, stabiliser feet and hydraulic unit weekly. Because this truck raises a load well clear of the ground, it should be included in your documented periodic inspection regime.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why does it need open-bottomed pallets?

The scissor mechanism sits between the forks and rises through the pallet aperture. A closed-bottom pallet has boards across that space, which the scissor cannot pass through.

Q: What is quicklift?

Below about 250kg the pump switches to a higher-volume, lower-pressure mode, raising the platform in fewer strokes. Above that weight it reverts to standard mode automatically.

Q: Manual or semi-electric — which do I need?

If the truck is raised and lowered more than a dozen times a shift, the semi-electric version pays for itself in operator fatigue alone. For occasional use the manual model is simpler and has less to go wrong.

Q: Can it be used as a work bench?

Yes, that is a common application. Deploy the stabilisers, set it at working height and treat it as a mobile bench — but never sit or stand on the platform.

Q: What is covered by the warranty?

A full 12 months from delivery, parts and labour, carried out on your site. Wear items damaged through misuse or overloading are excluded.
