The HX10M EVO raises 1000kg to 715mm on a manual hydraulic pump — a scissor lift truck that turns a pallet into a waist-height workbench without a battery to charge. Sixty-eight pump strokes take it to full height, which is the honest measure of what manual operation means: fine for a few lifts a shift, tiring for dozens. Where the lift is occasional, that trade buys a simpler, lighter and considerably cheaper machine than the electric HX10E, with nothing to go flat and no charging point needed.

Manufacturer Assurance

Lifter by Pramac is backed by over 40 years of material handling equipment manufacture. All Lifter by Pramac products are designed to meet 100% compliance with current standard regulations, and are subject to internal quality testing for reliability and durability.

Overall length 1545mm, lowered height 85mm, aisle width 2090mm, turning radius 1440mm. 68 pump strokes to full lift.

Key Features

  • 1000kg to 715mm by hand — full rated capacity throughout the lift range, with no battery, charger or charging point required.
  • 104kg service weight — light enough to move easily and to transport between sites, where the electric version at 144kg is not.
  • Five fork configurations — 1150mm standard, a 680mm wide-fork version for cages and stillages, and 1500mm to 2000mm for long loads.
  • Stainless steel version — the INOX build with nylon wheels and stainless bearings, for food, pharmaceutical and washdown areas.
  • 85mm lowered height — enters standard pallets without difficulty despite the scissor mechanism.
  • Nothing to fail electrically — no battery, no charger, no controller — the argument for manual on a machine used occasionally.

Suitable Applications

The HX10M EVO suits maintenance and workshop areas, occasional order picking, sub-assembly benches, and any task where a component needs holding at working height while it is worked on. It is the right choice where the truck is used a handful of times a day, or where there is nowhere convenient to charge. Where operators raise loads repeatedly through a shift, the 68 strokes per lift become the limiting factor and the HX10E electric version is the correct machine.

How to Use

  1. Check the load is within 1000kg and the pallet is sound.
  2. Enter the pallet squarely with the forks fully lowered.
  3. Move clear of racking and check overhead clearance before raising.
  4. Pump the tiller to raise the load to working height.
  5. Apply the stabiliser arrangement before working at the raised position.
  6. Lower fully before travelling and before withdrawing the forks.

Warning: Never travel with the forks raised. A scissor lift truck is stable only in the lowered position. Never allow any part of the body under a raised load or inside the scissor mechanism.

Safety Information

  • Only trained operators should use a high lift truck.
  • Never place hands or feet inside the scissor mechanism at any point in the cycle.
  • Lower fully before travelling and before leaving the truck.
  • Keep bystanders clear while raising or lowering.
  • Withdraw from service if the forks creep down under load or the hydraulic unit leaks.

Inspection and Maintenance

Check the scissor pivots, hydraulic unit and wheels before each shift and confirm the forks hold position under load without creep. Keep the pivots and rollers clear of wrap and banding. As lifting equipment the truck falls under LOLER as well as PUWER, so arrange thorough examination at the required interval and keep the records.

What's Included

  • HX10M EVO scissor lift truck in the fork size ordered
  • Manual hydraulic pump and tiller
  • Operator manual

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How many pump strokes to full height?

68 at full load. That is the practical difference between the manual and electric versions — fine occasionally, tiring repeatedly.

Q: HX10M or HX10E?

Both lift 1000kg to 715mm. The HX10M is manual, 104kg and cheaper. The HX10E is electric, 144kg and needs charging. Choose on how often you lift, not on capacity.

Q: Can it be used as a static workbench?

Yes, that is one of its main uses. Follow the stabilising procedure in the operator manual and never move the truck while raised.

Q: Is there a stainless version?

Yes, the GT0420VB8I0 INOX build with nylon wheels and stainless steel bearings for washdown environments.
