The same 800mm high-lift chassis as the manual model, with the pumping taken out. Where the platform is raised and lowered repeatedly through a shift — line feeding, order picking, pallet building — the powered lift pays for itself in operator fatigue long before it pays for itself in cycle time.
1000kg to 800mm on a 0.8kW motor with a sealed gel battery and built-in charger. Travel remains manual, which keeps the truck light and avoids the cost and charging burden of a fully powered machine. Adjustable stabilisers deploy as the scissor rises.
Key Features
- 0.8kW powered lift — removes the pumping effort from repeated cycles
- 12V/6Ah sealed gel battery — maintenance-free with a built-in charger
- 800mm lift height — brings the top of the pallet to comfortable working height
- Adjustable stabilisers — deploy as the scissor rises to keep the platform stable
- Sealed hydraulic system — pressure relief and overload valve as standard
- Self-lubricating brushes — reduces routine maintenance

CE Marked | 12-Month On-Site Warranty
Supplied by Warrior, part of the Handling Equipment UK range. Manufactured to CE / UKCA standards and supplied with a declaration of conformity where applicable. Lift tables are issued with a test certificate to EN 1570 on request.
Warranty
Every Warrior product is supplied with a full 12-month on-site warranty covering parts and labour at no additional cost. Cover starts from the date of delivery and repairs are carried out at your premises rather than under a return-to-base arrangement. A comprehensive UK spare parts stock is held for every model in the range, and servicing, repair and statutory inspection can be arranged through WOLFF Onsite.
Suitable Applications
Production line feeding, order picking and pallet building, packing benches and any repetitive task where the platform is cycled many times a shift.
How to Use
- Confirm the battery has sufficient charge and the pallet is open-bottomed.
- Enter the pallet squarely with the forks fully home.
- Raise clear of the floor and move into position.
- Deploy the stabilisers and raise to working height using the powered control.
- Lower fully and retract the stabilisers before moving again.
Warning: Only use with open-bottomed pallets. Never raise beyond transport height while travelling, and never work beneath a raised platform.
Safety Information
- Confirm the pallet is open-bottomed and will clear the scissor mechanism.
- Deploy the stabilisers before raising to full height.
- Never travel with the forks raised.
- Charge only in a well-ventilated area.
- Isolate the battery before any maintenance.
Inspection and Maintenance
Inspect the scissor pivots, stabiliser feet, hydraulic unit and battery terminals weekly. Because this truck raises a load well clear of the ground, include it in your documented periodic inspection regime.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What does semi-electric mean?
The lift is powered; travel is manual. You push the truck into position and the motor does the lifting.
Q: Why does it need open-bottomed pallets?
The scissor mechanism rises through the pallet aperture. A closed-bottom pallet has boards across that space, which the scissor cannot pass through.
Q: How long does the battery last?
A full charge covers a normal shift of intermittent use. The charger is built in, so it can be topped up during breaks.
Q: Manual or semi-electric?
If the truck is raised more than about a dozen times a shift, take the semi-electric. For occasional use the manual WR105 is simpler and cheaper.
Q: What is covered by the warranty?
A full 12 months from delivery, parts and labour, carried out on your site.
