WHAT IS HOOK TIME?

Hook Time analysis is a unique feature of the 1Guava platform which provides unparalleled real-time monitoring of cranes and all operated plant equipment on-site. By gathering crucial data on the machinery’s activity, such as the length of time it remains active or idle, you can effectively manage and schedule the use of your plant equipment, improve utilisation, avoid subcontractor conflicts and ensure your project stays on track.

WHAT DO I NEED TO START COLLECTING THE DATA?

To initiate data collection using 1Guava’s Hook Time feature, we will equip you with a tablet preloaded with the 1Guava app. This tablet should be conveniently mounted in the operator’s cab to ensure optimal data collection. You can monitor activity effortlessly by accessing the 1Guava platform from your PC, laptop, or mobile device to review the data that is being recorded. Our tablets come with 4G connectivity, allowing for real-time data collection.

IS 1GUAVA SAFE & SECURE?

Every account created on 1Guava has 2FA as a standard. That means even if a hacker has your credentials, they can’t login into your accounts unless you authorise them. We provide the same
level of protection as used by your online banking - 256 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
