A wrapover stacker puts its forks over the pallet rather than legs around it, which means it handles closed-bottom pallets and stillages that a straddle stacker cannot approach.
Powered lift and travel, so throughput is not limited by how fast someone can pump a handle. Li-ion battery with opportunity charging removes the dedicated charging bay and the spare battery.
Key Features
- Wrapover fork design — handles closed-bottom pallets and stillages
- Powered lift and travel — throughput no longer limited by operator effort
- Robust chassis and mast — designed for improved stability at height
- Efficient hydraulics — reduced noise and increased durability
- Nimble in tight spaces — compact chassis for confined aisles
- Li-ion battery — opportunity charging in short intervals, no battery room required

CE Marked | 12-Month On-Site Warranty
Supplied by Warrior, part of the Handling Equipment UK range. Manufactured to CE / UKCA standards and supplied with a declaration of conformity where applicable. Lift tables are issued with a test certificate to EN 1570 on request.
Warranty
Every Warrior product is supplied with a full 12-month on-site warranty covering parts and labour at no additional cost. Cover starts from the date of delivery and repairs are carried out at your premises rather than under a return-to-base arrangement. A comprehensive UK spare parts stock is held for every model in the range, and servicing, repair and statutory inspection can be arranged through WOLFF Onsite.
Suitable Applications
Warehousing and racking replenishment, production line feeding, stillage handling, and operations handling closed-bottom pallets that a straddle stacker cannot reach.
How to Use
- Confirm the battery has sufficient charge for the work period.
- Check the mast, chains and forks before starting.
- Approach the load squarely and enter with the forks fully home.
- Raise smoothly, keeping personnel clear of the mast.
- Lower to transport height before travelling.
Warning: Operators must be trained and authorised. Never travel with the forks raised above transport height.
Safety Information
- Only trained and authorised operators may use this machine.
- Keep all personnel clear of the mast during raising and lowering.
- Never travel with the forks raised.
- Do not exceed the rated capacity at the stated lift height.
- Report any fault immediately and remove the machine from service.
Inspection and Maintenance
Carry out a documented pre-use check each shift, paying attention to the lift chains, mast rollers and fork carriage. Planned maintenance can be arranged through WOLFF Onsite.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is a wrapover stacker?
The forks wrap over the top of the pallet rather than the machine straddling it with legs. That means it can handle closed-bottom pallets, stillages and loads sitting flush to the floor.
Q: Which lift height do I need?
Available in 2.5m, 3.0m or 3.3m. Match it to your top beam level plus the height of the pallet you are placing.
Q: Is travel powered as well as lift?
Yes, both are powered on this machine.
Q: Do operators need training?
Yes. Powered industrial trucks require trained and authorised operators under PUWER.
Q: What is covered by the warranty?
A full 12 months from delivery, parts and labour, carried out on your site.
