The Invicta Low Level Skip (Model ILUS) positions easily at the end of a conveyor, dross shoot or manufacturing line to collect bi-products below waist level. Supplied as manual operation as standard, an optional conversion kit enables automatic tipping at high level so the forklift or telehandler driver can empty the skip without leaving the seat. The 4-way fork pocket entry and reinforced leading edge suit confined production areas, in 0.7m³ and 1.0m³ capacities; manufactured in Leeds by Invicta Forks & Attachments.

Key Features

  • Low loading height — ideal for positioning under conveyors, dross shoots and production lines
  • 4-way fork pocket entry — forks can enter from any direction for maximum manoeuvrability
  • Secondary locking mechanism — prevents accidental discharge during transport
  • Fully seam welded — retains fluids and fine waste
  • Manual handle override — manual tipping available as standard
  • Reinforced leading edge and body sides — heavy-duty construction

More About This Product

The Invicta Low Level Skip (Model ILUS) can be easily positioned at the end of a conveyor, dross shoot or manufacturing line to collect bi-products that are below waist level. The skip is supplied as manual operation as standard, but automatic tipping at high level can be achieved by ordering the conversion kit, allowing the forklift or telehandler driver to empty the skip without leaving the safety of his seat. The 4-way fork pocket entry and reinforced leading edge make this skip ideal for confined production areas. Available in 0.7m³ and 1.0m³ capacities. Manufactured in Leeds by Invicta Forks & Attachments.

Suitable Applications

The ILUS is ideal for manufacturing facilities, foundries, recycling operations and production lines where waste or bi-products fall below waist level. Common uses include dross collection from casting lines, swarf collection from machining centres, waste collection from conveyors and general production waste management.

How to Use the Low Level Skip

  1. Position forks and remove heel pins.
  2. Drive forks into pockets and insert heel pins.
  3. Position the skip under the conveyor or collection point.
  4. When full, transport to the tipping area.
  5. Release the secondary lock and use the manual handle or auto-release to tip.
  6. Re-latch and replace the safety lock.

Warning:
Ensure the secondary lock mechanism is engaged during transport. Do not empty with forks in the side entry pockets.

Safety Information
