More About This Product

The Invicta Four Fork Attachment (Model IFF) is designed to provide a method of lifting and moving unpalletised loads such as timber planks, sheet steel and tubing, plastic pipes and concrete lintels safely — minimising the potential of damaging the product. The four parallel forks cradle long loads from underneath, distributing the weight evenly and preventing the bowing or sagging that can occur with standard two-fork handling. Suitable Applications

The IFF is ideal for builders merchants, timber yards, steel stockholders, pipe distributors and precast concrete manufacturers where long, unpalletised products need to be handled without damage. Common loads include timber planks, steel tubing, plastic pipes, concrete lintels, scaffold boards and sheet materials.

How to Use the Four Fork Attachment

  1. Position the forks to the correct distance apart to locate into fork pockets.
  2. Remove heel pins from the attachment.
  3. Drive the forks into the fork pockets.
  4. Insert heel pins directly behind the heel of the fork and attach safety lynch pin.
  5. Approach the load and lift evenly across all four forks.

Warning:
Ensure the load is evenly distributed across all four forks before lifting. Do not shock load the attachment. Ensure heel pins are correctly fitted before every use.

Safety Information

  • Ensure heel pins are correctly inserted before every use.
  • Ensure the load is evenly distributed across all four forks.
  • Do not shock load the attachment under any circumstances.
  • Do not exceed the safe working load.
