Heavy-duty wall-mounted jack for industrial fixed-position lifting. Applications: industrial maintenance and machinery installation, shipbuilding (deck plate alignment, hull section positioning), steel structure assembly, sluice gate auxiliary drives, rail heavy lifting, offshore installation, marine engineering.
Warning: Wall mounting must support WLL plus dynamic effects, critical for 10 t. ZWW 10000 requires 40 daN, plan for two operators or specify Worm Gear Drive S24.
Lubricate worm and spur gears every 6 months under heavy duty (annually under normal use). Use gear oil ISO VG 220. Inspect rack, gearbox, mounting bolts, and crank at each LOLER. Inspect Sifeku spring for fatigue. WOLFF Onsite provides LOLER inspection.
