Suitable Applications

How to Use

1. Carry out a pre-use inspection: clamp jaws, automatic mechanism, locating pin, lifting attachment, structural welds
2. Confirm the grab's WLL of 4000kg is rated for the block weight being lifted
3. Adjust the grab opening using the locating pin to suit the block width (0-815mm range)
4. Position the grab over the block with jaws parallel to the block's lifting faces
5. Lower the grab onto the block -- the automatic mechanism engages under load
6. Take the strain slowly and verify the grip is secure before completing the lift
7. Use the integrated handles to guide accurate placement at the destination
8. Lower the block into final position -- the automatic mechanism releases when the load is set down
9. Lift the grab clear, ready for the next cycle

Warning: Working Load Limit of 4000kg must not be exceeded. The grab opening must be correctly adjusted to suit the block width. Do not lift damaged, cracked, or unstable blocks.
