The Raptor Manual Winch Stacker raises loads by a hand winch rather than a hydraulic pump, giving smooth, controlled lifting and lowering of dies, stock and light pallets. Three models cover 250 kg, 500 kg and 1,000 kg, with maximum fork heights of 1500mm to 1560mm.
WS25 and WS50 have forks adjustable from 150mm or 160mm up to 690mm, so they can pick up narrow items as well as boxes and stillages, while WS100 has a fixed 540mm fork spread. Polyurethane wheels make the unit easy to push even under load. Download the datasheet on this page for the full WS25, WS50, WS100 figures.
Key Features
- Winch lifting — the winch mechanism makes lifting and lowering easy and safe
- Adjustable forks — 150 to 690mm on WS25 and 160 to 690mm on WS50; WS100 is fixed at 540mm
- Easy rolling under load — for easy transport of the unit even under load
- Rear swivel wheels — ball-bearing swivel wheels for tight, hard-to-reach positions
- Low effort — 100 N, 120 N and 100 N effort force at rated load
- Fork lengths to suit — 800mm, 1000mm and 1150mm across the range

Work Equipment | PUWER 1998
Part of the Raptor range, supplied by WOLFF Onsite. If you need a certificate of conformity or test certificate with your order, let us know when you order and we will confirm what can be supplied.
Suitable Applications
Lifting press tools and dies in toolrooms, loading stock onto shelving in stores, raising components to bench and machine height in workshops, handling boxes and drums in maintenance departments, and light pallet stacking in small warehouses.
How to Use
- Check the load and its centre against the model rating
- Set the fork width to suit the load on WS25 or WS50
- Lower the forks fully and position them under the load
- Wind the winch to lift the load just clear and move with it low
- Raise to the required height and set the load down
- Wind down and withdraw the forks carefully
Safety Information
- Do not exceed the rated capacity at its stated load centre
- Keep the load low while moving the stacker
- Never stand under the forks or a raised load
- Lock the fork position before lifting on adjustable models
- Keep hands clear of the winch drum and mast
- Do not let anyone ride on the forks or be lifted by the winch
Inspection and Maintenance
Before use check the winch for smooth operation and positive holding, inspect the winch cable or strap for wear and check the forks are straight and their adjustment locks secure. As lifting equipment under LOLER 1998 the stacker needs a thorough examination at least every 12 months.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Are the forks adjustable on all models?
WS25 adjusts from 150 to 690mm and WS50 from 160 to 690mm. WS100 has a fixed overall fork width of 540mm.
Q: How high will it lift?
Maximum fork height is between 1500mm and 1560mm depending on model.
Q: Why choose a winch stacker over a hydraulic one?
A winch gives fast lifting per turn on lighter loads, with 40mm per stroke on WS25, and avoids hydraulic oil.
Q: What wheels does it have?
Polyurethane wheels with rear ball-bearing swivel wheels for tight manoeuvring.
Q: What is the load centre of each model?
400mm on WS25, 500mm on WS50 and 575mm on WS100.
Q: What does each winch stacker weigh?
Net weights are 140 kg, 146 kg and 182 kg for WS25, WS50 and WS100.
