The Raptor Mini Winch Stacker is a compact, lightweight steel stacker for lifting small loads in workshops, stores, offices and laboratories. It uses a cable winch with an enclosed cable, with capacities of 80 kg (LS80), 120 kg (PM120) and 150 kg (LS150).

The forks adjust from 132mm to 520mm, and on LS80 and LS150 a 500 x 530mm platform can be fitted with the forks set to their widest. LS80 and LS150 lift to 1100mm, which suits benches, shelves and machine tables. The LS80, LS150, PM120 datasheet can be downloaded from this page.

Key Features

  • Cable winch — lifting system with an enclosed cable
  • 132 to 520mm forks — 132mm to 520mm, set to maximum width when fitting the platform
  • Platform — 500 x 530 x 90mm platform on LS80 and LS150
  • Light steel construction — robust yet light at 52 kg (LS80) and 62 kg (LS150)

Part of the Raptor range, supplied by WOLFF Onsite. If you need a certificate of conformity or test certificate with your order, let us know when you order and we will confirm what can be supplied.

Suitable Applications

Lifting parts and tooling to bench height in workshops, handling boxes and archive files in offices, laboratory and cleanroom handling, IT and server equipment installation, light stores work, and retail and catering stockrooms.

How to Use

  1. Check the load weight against the model capacity
  2. Set the forks to the load width, or fully open them to fit the platform
  3. Lower the forks or platform to the floor and place the load centrally
  4. Wind the winch to lift the load just clear for moving
  5. Push the stacker to the work position and raise to the required height
  6. Unload, then wind down fully before moving away

Safety Information

  • Keep loads within capacity at the 250mm load centre
  • Move the stacker only with the load lowered
  • Never place hands or feet under the forks
  • Use on smooth, level floors to avoid tipping
  • Secure loose items on the platform before lifting
  • The mini stacker is for goods only, never for lifting people

Inspection and Maintenance

Before use check the winch raises and holds smoothly, the enclosed cable shows no signs of fraying at the exit point and the forks and platform locate securely. Being lifting equipment, it must have a LOLER 1998 thorough examination at intervals of no more than 12 months.
