The Loadex fully electric stacker lifts and moves pallets under power, with a capacity of 1,500 kg. It lets you put pallets into racking, stack them and load them onto benches without needing a counterbalance forklift.
A stacker is a good fit for smaller warehouses, stores and workshops where a forklift would be more machine than the job needs, or where space is too tight for one. Being fully electric, both lifting and travel are powered, so operators are not pushing loads or pumping by hand. Check your pallet weights and racking heights against the stacker before ordering, and ask us to confirm the lift height if it is critical to your application.

Suitable Applications
Small and medium warehouses, retail and trade counter stores, workshops and maintenance stores, manufacturing plants, food and drink stores, archive and records storage, and any site loading pallets onto low and medium racking.
How to Use
- Check the load is within 1,500 kg and the rack beam is rated for it
- Make sure the battery is charged and controls work before use
- Enter the pallet squarely and lift just clear of the floor to travel
- Approach the rack slowly, then raise the load to the required height
- Place the pallet squarely on the beams, lower the forks and withdraw carefully
Safety Information
- Never exceed the 1,500 kg capacity
- Travel with the load lowered, never raised high
- Only trained operators should use the stacker
- Keep pedestrians clear of the stacker and the area beneath a raised load
- Never lift people on the forks or stand under a raised load
Inspection and Maintenance
Check before each shift that the controls, emergency stop, brakes, mast and chains work correctly, and look for hydraulic leaks or damaged forks. As lifting equipment, the stacker must be thoroughly examined under LOLER 1998 at least every 12 months, and maintained under PUWER 1998.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is a fully electric stacker?
A stacker with powered lift and travel. It raises pallets to height for racking and stacking, and drives under power.
Q: What capacity does it have?
1,500 kg.
Q: Can it replace a forklift?
For many smaller sites, yes. A stacker handles racking and stacking in tighter spaces, though it is not designed for outdoor or rough terrain work.
Q: What lift height does it have?
Ask us to confirm the lift height, and check it against your top rack beam before ordering.
Q: Does it need a LOLER examination?
Yes. As lifting equipment, it must be thoroughly examined at least every 12 months.
Q: Who can operate it?
Only trained and competent operators.
