The Raptor Hydraulic Manual Hand Stacker lifts pallets and loads to shelf and racking height without a forklift. A hand-operated hydraulic pump does the lifting, with capacities from 500 kg to 2,000 kg and a maximum fork height of 1,500mm, or 2,500mm on the PA1025.
It suits stores, workshops and small warehouses that need occasional stacking but cannot justify a powered truck. Forks are 1150mm long, 160mm wide and 540mm over the forks, with an 88mm lowered height and a 585mm load centre. Pick the capacity for your heaviest pallet and the lift height for your top beam. Key Features
- Hydraulic pump — lifts with less effort than a winch or manual hoist
- One-piece forks — heavy-duty forks for greatest strength
- 1.5m or 2.5m mast — 1,500mm on most models, 2,500mm on PA1025
- Pallet sized forks — 1150mm long, 160mm wide and 540mm overall width
- Low entry — 88mm minimum fork height
- Economic and reliable — a straightforward manual alternative to powered stackers

Part of the Raptor range, supplied by WOLFF Onsite. If you need a certificate of conformity or test certificate with your order, let us know when you order and we will confirm what can be supplied.
Suitable Applications
Small warehouses and stockrooms, workshops and maintenance stores, loading benches and machines, retail back-of-house, agricultural and estate stores, and sites where pallets need lifting onto racking without a forklift or charging point.
How to Use
- Check the load weight and centre are within the stacker rating
- Lower the forks fully and drive them squarely into the pallet
- Pump the handle to raise the load just clear of the floor
- Move the stacker slowly to the racking with the load low
- Raise to the required height, place the load and lower the forks clear
- Withdraw carefully and lower the forks fully before moving away
Safety Information
- Never exceed the rated capacity at the 585mm load centre
- Only travel with the load lowered
- Never stand or walk under raised forks
- Use on flat, level and firm floors only
- Keep loads stable, square and central on the forks
- Never use the stacker to lift people
Inspection and Maintenance
Before each shift check the forks for cracks or bending, look for hydraulic leaks, confirm the mast runs smoothly and that the forks hold height without creeping down. The stacker counts as lifting equipment under LOLER 1998, so book a thorough examination at least once every 12 months.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Which model lifts to 2.5 metres?
PA1025 is the 1,000 kg model with a 2,500mm maximum fork height. The other models lift to 1,500mm.
Q: Will it fit a standard pallet?
The forks are 1150mm long with an overall width of 540mm, a common size for pallet handling. Check your pallet entry before ordering.
Q: How low do the forks go?
Minimum fork height is 88mm.
Q: What is the load centre?
The rated capacity applies at a 585mm load centre.
Q: How heavy is the stacker?
Net weights range from 210 kg on PA0515 to 330 kg on PA1025.
Q: Is it powered?
No, it is a manual stacker with a hydraulic pump, so there is no battery to charge.
